Successful Completion of the Technical Communication Meeting of Xinjinhui Cogeneration Project

On Feb. 10, 2015, the team led by Liu Minghui, the Deputy General Manager of Henan Xinjinhui Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. as well as the leaders and experts from Zhejiang Kaishan Compressor Co., Ltd. and Luoyang Longhua Heat Transfer & Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. visited our company to participate in the Technical Communication Meeting of Xinjinhui Cogeneration Project, representatives from the four parties actively expressed their opinions in the meeting and had heated discussion over the project, eventually the parties reached consensus and signed for confirmation, which set foundation for the smooth implementation of this project. 

Henan Xinjinhui Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. was established in June 2005 with registered capital of 440 million yuan, over 2,000 employees and over 500 mu of land occupation, it is located in Dazhou Town of Changge City, which is the biggest stainless steel scrap distributing center in north river area and the national-level recycling economy pilot zone. 

The State Council released the Comprehensive Work Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction during the “Twelfth Five Year Plan” Period. The Plan stipulated that during the “Twelfth Five Year Plan” period, China will realize the conservation of energy equivalent to 670 million tons of standard coal. The Plan involves 12 aspects, including the general requirement and main objectives of energy conservation and emission reduction, the strengthening of responsibilities for energy conservation and emission reduction objectives, the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure, the implementation of key projects of energy conservation and emission reduction, the strengthening of energy conservation and emission reduction management, the energetic development of recycling economy, the acceleration of the energy conservation and emission reduction technology development and its promotion and application, the improvement of economic policies for energy conservation and emission reduction, the strengthening of supervision and inspection for energy conservation and emission reduction, the promotion of marketization mechanism of energy conservation and emission reduction, the strengthening of the basic work and capacity construction of energy conservation and emission reduction, and mobilizing the entire society to participate in energy conservation and emission reduction. 

In order to respond to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction and energetic development of recycling economy, the company has been actively participating in the cause of energy conservation and emission reduction. Henan Xinjinhui Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. has abundant residual heat resources and enormous potential of energy conservation, our company has adopted the most advanced technology and equipment in China to customize a comprehensive solution of waste-heat utilization for Xinjinhui. Stage I of this project has installed capacity of 2,700KW, after the project is completed, it is estimated that the annual net electric generation will reach 15.12 million KWH, in every year, the company could save 5,292 tons of standard coal and reduce 12,573.79 tons of CO2 emission, so as to make contribution for the nation’s cause of energy conservation and emission reduction and objective of sustainable development.
