The Contract-honoring and Trustworthy Inspection Team of Xuchang Administration for Industry and Commerce Visited Our Company for Inspection and Instruction

On Jan. 5, 2015, led by Wei Zhongsheng, the Director of Xuchang Administration for Industry and Commerce and Yan Huijie, the Director of Xuchang Economic and Technological Development Zone Administration for Industry and Commerce, the “Contract-honoring and Trustworthy Enterprise Second Review” Inspection team that was composed by the related personnel from the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Development Zone Administration for Industry and Commerce visited our company to inspect and instruct the actual circumstance regarding the “Contract-honoring and Trustworthy Enterprise” applied by our company, key investigations were made in the aspects of contract management organization in the company, establishment and execution of system, enterprise contractual risk prevention system, contract dispute and its handling, as well as the enterprise contract credit establishment. 

Before the inspection, Zhang Can, the Deputy General Manager of the company, introduced to the members of inspection team of the Administration for Industry and Commerce the basic information and operation and development status of our company, as well as specifically reported the measures adopted and the works done by this company in the aspect of “Contract-honoring and Trustworthy ”. Deputy General Manager Zhang pointed out in the meeting that business rewards those with creditability, creditability is the most basic business ethic of enterprises and also the foundation and internal requirements for enterprises to survive and development under market competition. Honoring contracts, emphasizing credit, upholding honesty and successful application for “Contract-honoring and Trustworthy” enterprise would not only enhance the company’s credit management level, but also benefit the enhancement of enterprise market image, enhance the enterprise’s competitiveness and form the intangible asset for the enterprise.
