Fuzhou City, the capital ofFujianProvince, is located at the east of the province. The city is at the lower reaches ofMinjangRiverand close to the sea. It has under its jurisdiction of five districts, two county-level cities and six counties, covering a landmass of 11,968 square kilometers and a sea area of 110,900 square kilometers, the coastline of which is 1,137 km, accounting for 1/3 of that of Fujian. 

Located in an area with typical subtropical monsoon climate, Fuzhoufeatures moderate temperature and humidity, all-year-round green, sufficient sunshine and rainfall, little frost, no snow, long summer and short winter, with a frost-free period lasting 326 days. Its mean annual sunshine duration, rainfall and temperature are 1700~1980 hours, 900~2100mm and 20~25℃ respectively. The temperature could be as low as 6~10℃ in January and February and as high as 33~37℃ in July and August.

As a project with a total capacity of 20MWp, it includes one institutional project, two departmental projects and eight section projects. Its supporting engineering includes one 35kv switch station, installation of assembly brackets, foundation and road maintenance. The project can be connected to the grid for power generation after its completion
